Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Area
We offer shipping services to all of West Malaysia and East Malaysia, with the exception of Langkawi Island, Tioman Island, and Redang Island.
Currently, we are UNABLE to ship to any foreign countries yet.

Shipping Rates
We provide a flat delivery rate of RM10 per order.

Self-Collect
Self-collection is available subject to prior arrangement with our team. Please contact our customer service team at +6017-571 1342.

Shipping Methods

(A) Same day delivery Klang valley area (including KL , PJ , Klang and surrounding area) :
1) Same-day delivery by our in house driver.
2) Delivery time: 11am-5pm.
3) For further confirmation, please contact our customer service.

(B) Express courier postage delivery
1) Ship by JT Express or any other delivery courier that we deem fit.
2) Tracking number will be provide after shipping out

Please note that there is no delivery service available on Sundays and public holidays.
